Engagement Team Expansion

The Venice Beach BID piloted our new Engagement Team in October 2020 on Ocean Front Walk (OFW). The Engagement Team consists of a member from both our Clean and Safe Teams with the purpose of strategically building relationships with both businesses and people experiencing homelessness to help gain greater cooperation, address clean and safe issues on the spot, and connect those who are experiencing homeless and want additional resources with local providers. Give a wave to our team members Allison and Josh when you see them on OFW!

The pilot program on OFW was so successful that we expanded the program to include a team on Saturday and Sunday mornings in other areas of the district other than OFW. Keep an eye out for Roger and Nataly!

Looking Forward

The BID values your needs and feedback. We want to hear from you on how we can better our services over this next year and beyond. Please take two minutes to complete the online survey to help shape the services the BID offers.
