HERE’S HOW THE VENICE BEACH BID’S BEEN WORKING TO SERVE OUR DISTRICT IN NOVEMBER 2020

Clean Team data is provided by Chrysalis. Safe Team data is provided by Allied Universal.
1 The bags of trash were an estimated 32,476 lbs. in November and 866,847 lbs. BID-to-Date.
2 Dumped bulky items weighed 3.44 tons in November and totaled 25.44 tons since we began recording this data (August 2020).
3 One miscellaneous incident was recorded that is not represented in the above infographic.
4 Includes noise complaints, misuse of bikes and scooters, and public drinking/smoking/urination/defecation.
5 Includes safety escorts, responding to alarms, medical emergency/accident responses, and lost individuals

NEW Online Service Request Form!

The Venice Beach BID is making it easier for you to request service using our online form!

Online Service Request Form

Now on the Venice Beach BID website is an option to submit service requests online for non emergencies. In an emergency situation, please still call 911 before notifying the VB BID. Please note, at this time online submission requests may take up to 48 hours for response and that some form of contact information will be required for follow up. For more immediate service, please continue to call dispatch at (310) 396-VBID (8243).

The month of October 2020 will be a soft launch to test the form in real-time. The Online Service Request Form will officially launch in November 2020. If you would like to provide feedback, please email the BID before the end of October.
