• California Environmental Law & Policy Update 9.11.26 (jdsupra.com) — California has reached a new settlement to fund containment of the closed Vine Hill Complex hazardous waste landfill in Contra Costa County, where groundwater contamination has included arsenic and other toxins. The broader update also covers lawsuits over Endangered Species Act changes, a major proposed reservoir, pesticide disposal violations, and disputes over fossil fuel and kelp-farming projects statewide.
