Walnut Creek woman ID'd as victim killed in Rossmoor crash (danvillesanramon.com) β Authorities have identified the woman killed in last week's solo-vehicle crash inside Rossmoor in Walnut Creek as 32-year-old resident Rachel Doron Arganek. Walnut Creek police say she was found alone in the car near Rossmoor Parkway and Stanley Dollar Drive, and their Major Accident Investigation Team is still seeking information from witnesses.
