Assistance League Thrift Shop’s Sterling and Silver Plate Event

The industrious member volunteers at Assistance League® of Diablo Valley Thrift Shop at the Way Side Inn, located at 3521 Golden Gate Way in Lafayette, greet autumn as a meaningful time of year that brings people together. How better to prepare than by launching the Annual Sterling and Silver Plate Décor event that will begin on Tuesday, November 2 at 10 a.m. and conclude on Saturday, November 6, provided that inventory lasts.

Shelves and display cases will glisten with silver or silver plate platters, casseroles, a bountiful assortment of trays, coffee and tea servers, bowls, as well as salt and pepper shaker sets. Of special interest is an assortment of Reed and Barton authenticated silver plate Revere Bowls which recount a significant chapter in our nation’s history. How appropriate that one or two of these items could grace your table this Thanksgiving.
