Assistance League Thrift Shop Summer Semi-Annual Sale Defies Inflation

The dedicated member volunteers at Assistance League of Diablo Valley Thrift Shop,
located at 3521 Golden Gate Way, in Lafayette, are busily preparing for its
Summer Semi-Annual Sale scheduled for Tuesday, September 6 through Saturday,
September 10. The door opens at 10 a.m. and closes at 3 p.m.,
except for Saturday, when a 1 p.m. closing time allows for clearing the shelves
for a deep cleaning.

One visit might not suffice, so you might plan accordingly. On Tuesday, September 6, through Thursday, September 8, you will find all merchandise reduced to half price when you check
out at the cash register. On Friday, September 9, items will be priced at $2 each, or less! On Saturday, September 10, you can fill a bag for a mere $10!

We hope that you take advantage of this retail coup! Once in the thrift shop, you will notice racks of garments neatly arranged according to size and color shades, from light to dark, that allow for
easy selection. The layered look might be called for when you consider the crisp early mornings, warm afternoons and
moderate evenings in the early autumn.
