Assistance League Way Side Inn Thrift Shop’s Fall Merchandise Event Returns

The dedicated member volunteers at Assistance League® Way Side Inn Thrift Shop, located at 3521 Golden Gate Way in Lafayette, are busily preparing for the Fall Merchandise Event. Scheduled to begin Tuesday, September 12 and run through Saturday, September 16, this well attended shopping spree offers great values for both the family and the home.

Reluctant to drop names, the helpful member volunteers happened to recognize such high-end labels as NYDJs, Tory Burch, Vince, and…again, dropping names is never in vogue.

You might peruse local retail venues to see this year’s colors, textures and trends in garments, accessories and home décor. Don’t be surprised when you see similar merchandise at the thrift shop—for a fraction of the price! You also might want to remind your family that the Fall Merchandise Event includes coats, scarves, sweaters, jackets, business attire and shoes.

As for the home, a wide selection of décor items will offer a warm and welcome touch. Beautifully illustrated books promise to grace your entry and coffee tables. As always, every shelf of the thrift shop virtually bulges with glassware, pottery and other niceties. Unfortunately, the red-aproned volunteers cannot guarantee how long this inventory will last, so please plan accordingly.
