Assistance League Way Side Inn Thrift Shop Suits Up for Annual Sports-a-Rama!

The dedicated member volunteers at Assistance League^® Way Side Inn Thrift Shop, a frequently visited landmark located at 3521 Golden Gate Way in Lafayette shout out, “Get your game on!” Wear the colors of your favorite team with pride and passion. If you can’t narrow your allegiance to one team, no penalty. You might expand your loyalties to one athletic team per season—especially at such low prices; again, no penalty!

On Tuesday, August 23, at 10 a.m., you will enter your own local pro shop, where highly prized inventory will hopefully last through Saturday, August 27. You’ll find logo apparel and sports gear for professional sports teams, California colleges and local high schools. Specifically, you’ll see a lineup representing the San Francisco Giants and 49ers, the Oakland Raiders, as well as the Golden State Warriors and the San Jose Sharks. As for the academic arena, the University of California and Stanford University will be well represented, as will our local high schools.

Logo items and other team and general sports merchandise will include team jerseys, polos, T-shirts, scarves, cups, wall hangings, lanyards, baseball caps and miscellaneous memorabilia. If you have any of the above listed items that you no longer use, you’ll put them to good use by donating them.
