BART UPDATE: Back To More Delays, Problems This Morning!
After police activity and an obstruction were cleared, now it's a track problem causing problems.
A trackway problem is causing major BART delays going in and out of San Francisco this morning, a BART dispatcher said.
The problem was discovered shortly after 9:30 a.m. in an area near the Civic Center station, BART officials said. BART trains are single-tracking through all downtown San Francisco stations and trains traveling from the East Bay to the city are limited.
Passengers traveling from the East Bay may have to transfer at certain stations to catch San Francisco-bound trains, according to BART.
