Boys Cross Country: Las Lomas Finishes 12th in Division II in State

freshman Aidan Goltra ran a 16-minute, four-second 3.1-mile course on Saturday at the California Interscholastic Federation state meet in Fresno, leading the Knights to a 12th-place finish in Division II.

Goltra, running in his first state meet, finished 39th individually, while teammates Carl Gracely (16:15), Ryan Kinney (16:17) and Gavin Ramos (16:35) also placed in the top 100 for the Knights.

Seniors Pearson Henri (16:42), Guillaume Hansel (17:05) and sophomore Sean Aylward (17:26) ran well for Las Lomas as well.

St. John Bosco-Bellflower won the Division II state title with a 15:49 mark.
