Since 1983, the Holiday Faire at Shadelands Ranch Museum has been a treasured holiday tradition for our community. During this special two-week event, the historic ranch house is transformed into a festive shopping destination, overflowing with beautiful handcrafted gifts, holiday décor, jewelry, artwork, home goods, gourmet treats, and unique treasures from dozens of talented local artisans and vendors.
Join us every day from Saturday, November 28 through Sunday, December 13, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and discover one-of-a-kind gifts while enjoying the charm and history of Shadelands Ranch.
Admission and parking are free. Convenient parking is available at 2700 Ygnacio Valley Road.

Grab your family, besties and littles and join us for a special showing of Zootopia on the big screen! All ages are welcome at this family friendly event. Join us for fun Friday movie nights all summer long. Proceeds benefit Joybound’s life-changing programs.

Joybound People &amp; Pets Campus is located at 2890 Mitchell Drive, Walnut Creek. The film will be shown on our big screen in the Pavillion. Concessions, beverages, and treats will be available for purchase onsite. Suggested registration sliding scale of $5-$10 per person to attend. Free parking is available onsite. 

Our adoption floor is open Monday-Friday from 12:00-7:00 pm and Saturday-Sunday from 11:00 am-6:00 pm so come early to check out all our adorable adoptable dogs and cats!

August 7th: In this clever and hilarious animated adventure set in a city inhabited by anthropomorphic animals, an uptight rabbit police officer is forced to work with a charismatic fox con artist in order to get to the bottom of a major case involving the disappearance of carnivorous citizens. 

Cast includes Ginnifer Goodwin, Jason Bateman, Jenny Slate, and more. Directed by Byron Howard.
