WALNUT CREEK, CA — Wildflowers have put on a beautiful display this spring.

Gretchen Bell snapped the photo above and sent it to Patch on Friday. She writes, "We were in aww seeing these brilliantly gorgeous Poppies scattered across the hills ... yesterday on our social distancing hike on Shell Ridge."
