Citra Grill Fired Up on Busy Corner
Fresh grilled entrees served at Olympic Boulevard restaurant that opened this week.
The owner of a new restaurant on a busy intersection in the south downtown will bring to bear his experience — his experience as an electrical and computer science engineer.
Citra Grill, which opened Monday, is the first restaurant for Ramin Behtash. It is at 1550 Olympic Blvd. at the corner of Locust Street — a block from Broadway Plaza, across the street from the Century 14 Downtown theaters.
So far, the traffic in the restaurant for lunch and dinner "matches the demographic we're targeting," said Behtash: "sophisticated customers who appreciate quality stuff but aren't afraid to pay for it."
