Coming Up in Walnut Creek: Fiesta de Jardin
Latin-themed party inspired by the blooms of spring and the flavors of Cuba enlivens The Gardens at Heather Farm on Sunday, May 7

Mark your calendars for Sunday, May 7th when the spirit of the tropics comes to Walnut Creek for Fiesta de Jardín, a Latin-inspired afternoon garden party on the beautiful, flower-filled grounds of The Gardens at Heather Farm. From 2 to 5 p.m., guests will enjoy a variety of small plates, refreshing beverages and live music while celebrating spring in the garden and raising funds for the host organization’s nonprofit programs.
The afternoon features tasty tapas of roasted pig, ceviche, paella and more from Cuban cuisine sensation, Havana in Walnut Creek, Havana's signature Mojitos, craft beer from Lost Coast Brewery plus wine and other refreshing beverages, a tropical dessert bar by Culinary Excellence and live Cuban music by renowned Bay Area band, VL Trio.

About The Gardens at Heather Farm
The Gardens at Heather Farm (GHF) is an independent nonprofit organization which operates a six-acre public garden, education center and special event venue. A Certified Wildlife Habitat and Certified Green Business, GHF is self-supporting through memberships, fundraisers, grants, private donations, facility rentals and program fees. The mission is to enrich the community through the beauty and environmental stewardship of our gardens while providing educational programs and a variety of venues for social and cultural events.
