County Offers New Way to Pay Child Support
This new service will help families that don't have bank accounts.
Contra Costa County Child Support Services has become the first county in the state to partner with MoneyGram, which operates in thousands of locations throughout the country.
This allows parents who don’t have conventional bank accounts to quickly and securely make payments from around the country, and have those funds available to the custodial parent.
MoneyGram operates inside retailers such as Wal-Mart and CVS.
