CSAA IG Promotes Linda Goldstein to EVP, Cust. Exp. and Mktng
Goldstein to lead all aspects of the company's marketing

On July 8, CSAA Insurance Group, a AAA insurer, announced that Linda Goldstein has been promoted to executive vice president, customer experience and marketing.
“Linda is a proven leader with a passion for serving customers,” said Tom Troy, president and CEO of CSAA Insurance Group. “Her focus on enhancing the insurance experience helps us deliver on our vision to be AAA Members’ first choice for solutions to life’s uncertainties.”
As a member of the organization’s executive leadership team, Goldstein leads all aspects of marketing, including digital marketing, brand management, marketing analytics, market research, customer-experience management, data strategy and direct marketing.

“Our customers are at the center of everything we do, and they provide valuable insights that can help us improve how we serve them,” said Goldstein. “I am inspired to lead a talented group of professionals who share a passion for understanding AAA Members and a dedication to satisfying their insurance needs.”
Prior to her executive vice president position, Goldstein was vice president of marketing channels and partners, and previously held various senior executive marketing positions during a 17-year career with Citigroup. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Boston University and an MBA from Fordham University.

Goldstein also serves as president of the board of directors for Berkeley Humane, an organization serving the people and animals of its community by providing life-saving programs for cats and dogs, cultivating compassion, and strengthening the human-animal bond.
