Danville/ Alamo Full Time Nanny Needed

Description:

Family in Danville/ Alamo is looking for an experienced, professional nanny, who can commit weekdays to family with no other school or work obligations during the day. The ideal candidate would exhibit prior experience with young children and understand their developmental needs and plan activities accordingly. We are also looking for a candidate who is extremely organized, has the ability to take direction while being proactive, displays strong communication skills and can adapt to any situation, being healthy and active is a huge plus! Minimum one year commitment with the interest in staying on longer would be ideal.


Schedule: Monday - Friday with a start time of 7:30a.m. most days; however, there will be some flexibility for later start times on occasion.

Responsibilities:

Family is looking for a candidate who can assist parents with day to day tasks as they relate to the family’s needs; taking children to activities, preparing childrens meals and snacks, help with dinner, running family errands when appropriate, being creative with children during the day and having strong interaction. Being present and active with children is VERY important.

Qualifications:

2 previous long-term childcare experiences (personal family not okay).

CPR certified.

Clean DMV record (one minor infraction okay).

Must have reliable transportation (must own car).

Clean criminal background check.

Commitment is minimum 1 year; however, family is looking for someone very long-term.



Rate:

$20-22 dollars per hour
