Donate $2 At Habit To Childhood Hunger Fund And Get Free Burger Coupon

The campaign by the chain and "No Kid Hungry," runs through Sept. 30. East Bay locales from which to choose include 2 in Walnut Creek!

Habit Restaurants are launching a partnership with No Kid Hungry in which guests are encouraged to donate $2 at the register and, in return, will receive a certificate for a complimentary Charburger with cheese on their next visit through Oct. 14.

The campaign runs nationwide at participating Habit Burger Grill locations through Sept. 30, and addresses the serious issue of childhood hunger in the United States where 1 in 5 children cannot count on their next meal, company officials said.

On National Cheeseburger Day, Sept. 18, officials from The Habit will travel to New York City to join executives from No Kid Hungry to ring the NASDAQ opening bell together.
