Relive your childhood as you get dirty, make moise, smash things, and play with fire! Here's your chance to bang on some hot iron and make a simple hook. You'll learn about the important role that a blacksmith had in the operating of a successful ranch. The blacksmith and his apprentice were often more important than the local doctor -- and the success of their work was often a much surer thing. Meet at the Old Borges Ranch. $2.00 per person materials fee for those making a hook and the minimum age to work on the forge is 12 years old.
