On September 26th, 2010 The DiabloMan Triathlon will give you the opportunity to finish your season in an epic way. Our swim will be in the pool at The Club Sport (at the base of Mt Diablo), and will consist of .25 miles, followed by a 10.95 mile bike and a 2.80 mile run STRAIGHT UP Mt. Diablo!
In response to unprecedented, ongoing state budget cuts to education, the Mt. Diablo Unified School District serving 36,000 students cut ALL funding for high school sports in 2009, forcing athletes and their families to "pay to play." TriFreaks is proud to support the athletic programs of two MDUSD high schools located close to our DiabloMan race venue.
Please help local athletes by challenging yourself to participate in DiabloMan triathlon. Every registration contributes $10 towards the Northgate and Ygnacio Valley High School athletic boosters clubs!
