Enjoy five great days of cooking this summer. Each day will cover one recipe that will complete a Chinese Dinner. Our menu includes: potstickers, sizzling rice soup, chicken chow mein, asparagus with chicken, tofu or beef. For dessert we will serve almond cookies or steamed cake. Do not be surprised if kids will want to show off what they have learned for you at home. Students will not only learn how to safely use kitchen utensils and appliances but also the importance of proper clean up.
