Camp Kesem Berkeley, a local non-profit organization, will be hosting it's annual "Make the Magic" this April 28. All proceeds from the event go towards providing a free summer camp for Bay Area and Tri-Valley children whose parents have or have had cancer. This magical week each year gives the children the opportunity to just be kids, and get away from the worries of home while also providing a break for their parents to go through treatment or catch up on daily life. This annual event promises to be nothing short of magical! Make the Magic has been a great way for members of the local community to learn about Camp Kesem in the past, and we hope to continue that this year.
This year's event will be held on Saturday, April 28 from 6-9PM at the beautiful Renaissance Club Sport Walnut Creek. Admission includes dinner and one drink ticket. Auction items will include hotel stays, adventure packages, tickets to great family attractions including Disneyland, tickets to the Tonight Show and much, much more! We will also be having a very special presentation from members of the Camp Kesem family whose lives have been touched by Camp Kesem, and live entertainment.
Ticket prices are $50 per person or $500 for a table. You can RSVP and purchase your tickets online at http://campkesemberkeley.org/mtm.html !
