In this workshop we will develop a fuller awareness of body, mind and spirit, utilizing easy meditations, creative visualization, breathing exercises, relaxation and more. It will enhance the quality of our lives by encouraging us to rejoice in our successes and navigate through our challenges. The workshop is non-sectarian and will foster a sense of acceptance towards self and others, opening us up to greater optimism and vitality. Please bring a notebook and a pen, as well as an open mind and your sense of humor.
