Dr. Tracy Catalde
Dr. Catalde served for more than 20 years in the California public schools, as a teacher, school psychologist, behavior and autism specialist, and coordinator. He teaches courses in positive behavior support, communication and language impairments, teaching students with severe disabilities, as well as autism. His research and writing focus on early intervention, using the principles of behavior to build and sustain schoolwide instructional capacity, as well as special education teacher training.
Prior to his teaching at Brandman University, Dr. Catalde served on the faculties of University of the Pacific, San Diego State University, and National University. He was elected as member of the Association for Behavior Analysis International, and holds an M.A. in clinical/school psychology, as well as an Ed.D. in special education.
