Artists Tanya Wilkinson and Priscilla Otani will be offering a workshop that is designed as an introduction to mixed media art techniques. Participants will work on an art piece during the workshop, choosing to use either a canvas board or artists' book format.
The workshop will begin with an exercise designed to help the participants develop a narrative theme for a piece of art. The instructors will help each participant choose a format for his or her piece and the basic techniques of collage will be covered.
