Ygnacio Valley Library presents artist Carol Husslein

Join us at the Ygnacio Valley Library in welcoming artist Carol Husslein at an opening reception for her exhibit of watercolors at the library. The watercolors on display are original watercolors created primarily from photos taken while traveling in California.
Ms. Husslein chose watercolor as her primary medium because of its transparent nature. While many say it's a difficult medium to work in, Husslein sees it as a challenge. She works very hard to grasp control of water and color, while not creating mud.
The show will run from December 1 to 31, 2010. Refreshments will be served.
Carol Husslein has taken classes through Mt. Diablo Adult Education and is a member of Concord Art Association and California Watercolor Association.  Reception 12/7/2010  6:30pm - 7:45pm
