WALNUT CREEK, CA — If you are alarmed by the sound of explosions on Monday, the Walnut Creek Police Department wants to assure you that it is planned.
The police bomb team is disposing of some items at the police range.
The explosions are expected between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m.
