Firefighters Battle House Fire in Walnut Creek
The blaze was reported by fire officials around 4 a.m.
Firefighters this morning are at the scene of a two-alarm residential structure fire in Walnut Creek. The fire broke out at a home in the 600 block of La Casa Via.
Crews were able to get the fire under control around 5 a.m., firefighters said. Crews have started to search the structure within the past hour. Contra Costa firefighters first reported the blaze around 4 a.m.
ABC 7 News is reporting the fire has been knocked down.
