In Walnut Creek: FREE New, harder SAT practice Test ~ All November

C2 Education in Walnut Creek has been servicing families and students from Contra Costa County since 2013; other locations in Northern California have been here as early as 2000. Globally, C2 Education has been providing academic services to families since 1997.

During our short time here in Walnut Creek, we have had the pleasure of working with students from your district for a variety of reasons, such as improving core academic skills, subject tutoring, test prep, etc. Through these opportunities, we have been working to ensure the following:

Grades K-3

• Recognizing the need for self- discipline & practicing through application
• Introduction to best-practice methods for developing academic foundations

Grades 3-6

• Continuing to strengthen academic foundations as outlined by common core
• Understanding student’s learning style and developing the necessary study skills
• Incorporating time-management techniques for optimal life-work balance

Grades 6-9

• Balancing increased academic rigor and extra-curricular activities
• Employing and finessing study skills and methodology
• Beginning to plan ahead to maximize future opportunities

Grades 9-12

• Active practicing of study skills (i.e., annotating, memorizing, etc.)
• Continued course planning and goal setting for success
• Expanding student’s community interests and involvement

Now, we are proud to announce the near completion of C2 Education’s curriculum revision and upgrade. This includes K-12 reading, writing, and math resources adhering to and/or exceeding the common core standards as well as revised P/SAT workbooks reflecting the upcoming changes in 2016.

We hope you take this opportunity to not only “try out” the new SAT diagnostic exam but also to discover how we can assist your family with its academic needs and plans.

The C2 Education at Walnut Creek’s business hours are: Mondays through Thursdays from 1pm till 9:30pm and on Saturdays from 9am till 5:30pm. We will also be hosting a special ”Veteran’s Day Testing Event” on November 11, 2014, 10am-2pm.
