Get Help When You Need It

Free mobile app shows puts users in touch with on-call service providers

Ever notice that household calamities tend to happen most on evenings or weekends when no one is available to help you? So did we. That’s why we developed HelpBook, a free mobile app designed to put you in contact with pre-screened, on-call service providers in your area when you need them, because calamities don’t always happen during normal business hours. And even during normal hours it’s not easy to find someone who can help “now”.

Simply open the app, select the appropriate service category and send a help request to a provider near you, or to multiple providers at the same time. Providers set their on-call status, so you will only see people who are available to help now. HelpBook even allows you to track their progress to your home or office, or if you allow it, lets the provider track your progress to them. That way, no one is left wondering when someone will arrive.

When calamities strike, we’re here to get you the help you need now. Text HB to 24587 to download the free app now. Enter the code PATCH3 to get $50 in HelpBucks to get you started. Find out more at HelpBook.com.
