John Muir Health Announces Three New Senior Executives

John Muir Health is pleased to announce three recent executive appointments.

• Lee Huskins, president and chief administrative officer (CAO), John Muir Physician Network
• Lisa Fallert, R.N., senior vice president of care coordination and integration, John Muir Health
• Lisa Foust, senior vice president of human resources, John Muir Health

Lee Huskins has been serving as president and CAO of the John Muir Physician Network on an interim basis since January 2012. He began his career at John Muir Health as vice president of operations for the John Muir Physician Network before being promoted to chief operations officer in 2009. The John Muir Physician Network is one of the largest medical groups in Northern California, with 950 primary care and specialty physicians who deliver coordinated patient care.

Prior to joining John Muir Health, Lisa Fallert served as vice president of operations and service excellence, as well as vice president of health care services and operations for SelectHealth/Intermountain Health Care in Utah. She will oversee development and implementation of new care delivery models and care coordination across John Muir Health.

Lisa Foust, who most recently served as chief human resources officer for Citrus Valley Health Partners in Southern California, assumes the role of vice president of human resources. She replaces Alice Villanueva, who is retiring after holding the position for 23 years. Prior to Citrus Valley Health Partners, she was vice president of human resources at Newhall Memorial Hospital, president of the Henry Mayo Newhall Memorial Health Foundation and director of development at Northridge Hospital Medical Center in Southern California.

“These leaders have great experience, strong health care backgrounds and proven track records of success that will benefit John Muir Health, our patients, physicians and staff,” said Cal Knight, president and CEO of John Muir Health. “We are fortunate to have them and look forward to their contributions to John Muir Health and the communities we serve.”
