Kaiser Permanente honors Cancer survivors with Celebrating Hope Event on June 6th.

Kaiser Permanente’s Walnut Creek Medical Center will mark National Cancer Survivors Day on Saturday June 6 with their 2nd Annual Celebrating Hope event.

• Guest lectures about throat, endometrial and colorectal cancers
• Cooking demonstrations and educational booths
• Live music
• Giveaways
• Children’s activities
• Networking with other survivors
The cancer program at Kaiser Permanente’s Walnut Creek Medical Center was granted Three-Year Accreditation with five commendations from the Commission on Cancer of the American College of Surgeons last year for their exceptional and multidisciplinary approach to treating cancer.
The Celebrate Hope event is free and open to the public, but seating is limited.
