Let Your Light Shine - Adopt a Walnut Creek Street Lamppost

Shine a light on love for Mom, Dad, favorite grad, or a local business with Walnut Creek Downtown’s(WCD) Adopt a Street Lamppost program. Once adopted, WCD will install a street lamppost base personalized with a plaque including the honoree’s name and message. Each base can accommodated six personalized plaques.

All lampposts are available in downtown Walnut Creek between Newell Street to Civic Center Drive and N. California Street to Broadway Street. Each adoption is $500 per plaque.

“We think Walnut Creek residents will have fun with this program and hope it will inspire them to become more involved with their downtown,” said Byron Best, WCD executive director.
