Lopez, a local resident of the East Bay area for more than 40 years, is known for her dynamic personality and innovative sales and marketing skills that continually bring her clients exceptional results. Throughout her career with Coldwell Banker, she has received numerous top producer honors, including several years in the “Top 100 Agent - Coldwell Banker San Francisco Bay” agent list.

After majoring in managerial economics at the University of California, Davis, she got her start in real estate, property management and luxury leasing in the Bay area and is proud to have been a part of the successful launch of the South Beach Marina Towers in San Francisco. She went on to serve in local government as a senior budget analyst, then as a communications manager specializing in marketing and public information, where she honed her public relations and analytical skill set.

Lopez and her husband have two sons and live in Clayton, CA. Together, they own and manage a personal residential income property portfolio in New Orleans, LA and the Alabama Gulf Shore, which includes registered historic property. Her interests and hobbies include historic preservation, neighborhood and community renewal, American history and southern American literature.
