The Mercer Condominiums

There are three vacant spots on the ground floor of The Mercer Condominiums and we would like to know what you would like to see there.

The Mercer is a mixed-use building with retail on the ground floor and residences above. It’s located at 1655 N. California Blvd. right next to downtown. The current retail tenants include a restaurant: The Counter, personal services: Metamorphosis, drybar, Skin Spirit, and Galaxy Nails, and  Mike’s Bikes.

There are three vacant retail spots that range from 1,600 to 1,800 square feet. They are brand new spaces, but are only shells (no floors, walls, etc...).
