Motorcyclist Dies In Walnut Creek Crash
The crash happened in Walnut Creek Monday night.

WALNUT CREEK, CA — One perosn was killed in a motorcycle crash in Walnut Creek.
It happened at 9:49 Monday night on a connector ramp from eastbound state Highway 24 to northbound Interstate Highway 680.
The victim has been identified by the coroner as 24-year-old Richard Manuli III of Martinez.

CHP officers determined that Manuli had been riding on the connector ramp above when he veered right and struck the concrete wall on the right-hand side of the roadway. He was ejected from the motorcycle, went off the connector ramp and landed onto the highway below.
The investigation affected traffic at Ygnacio Valley Road for roughly 90 minutes, CHP officers said.
