CLAYTON, CA — Buffy Downing is a very fortunate woman. This is the view that she gets to see every day.

"This spectacular view of the sun going down on the other side of Mt. Diablo was taken from my back porch March 1st, in Clayton," Downing told Patch. "With seconds to spare, this glimpse was caught at the perfect time with the pink shades reflecting in the sky."
