WALNUT CREEK, CA — One of the delights of summer is the tasty food that's in season. Pacific Catch in Walnut Creek has put together an Endless Summer menu that takes advantage of the season.

First there are ahi poke bombs, which are bite sized inure tofu pockets filled with sushi rice and topped with fresh yellowfin tuna pokes. The price is $5 each or 3 for $13.

The ceviche tacos are made with fresh jicama shells, shredded lettuce and your choice of ceviche. The price is also $5 each or 3 for $13.

If you're in the mood to share with pals, there's a pup platter and a ceviche trio. Or you can opt for the Korean poke bibimbap or the rainbow sushi bowl.

For dessert, the passionfruit pot de creme sounds refreshing, and the restaurant has rolled out refreshing cocktails such as a watermelon marg and a lilikoi mai tai.
