Police Release Photo Of Vehicle Burglary Suspect

WALNUT CREEK, CA — The Walnut Creek Police Department is asking for help in identifying a suspect in a surveillance photo.

Police accuse the man of breaking into a vehicle at a park-and-ride lot.
