Robber Pulls Handgun On Freebirds Employees: Walnut Creek PD
Police are investigating the Friday night crime.

Police this morning are investigating a Friday night armed robbery in Walnut Creek.
Officers responded at 10:26 p.m. to Freebirds World Burrito at 1512 Geary Road in response to an armed robbery and learned a suspect had robbed the business after pulling a handgun on employees, police said.
The suspect, described as a black male in his 20s and with a small build, then fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of cash.

The suspect was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans, police said. There were no reported injuries during the incident.
