Social Media Child Predator Suspect Arrested In Walnut Creek
Police arrested a man in Walnut Creek suspected of using social media to seek children for sexual exploitation.
WALNUT CREEK, CA — Police arrested a suspect who traveled to Walnut Creek believing he was going there to meet a child, police said.
The operation targeted adults who used social media to target children for sexual exploitation, according to Hercules police.
In addition to Hercules police, the operation involved the Walnut Creek Police Department and the Contra Costa County Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
