Some of the bigger tenants at Olympia Place are the Century Theatres, Cost Plus World Market and Flemings Steakhouse. This vacant spot is next to Home of Chicken & Waffles and Bollinger Nail Salon.
The broker didn’t return my call, but searching online it looks like this was once a T-Mobile store. I also found an old flyer from 2009 where this space was still available so it appears it has been vacant since at least 2009. This spot has a little over 2000 square feet.
