Staples Offers Teacher Discounts This Weekend

Back-to-school announcement from Staples:

Most teachers spend more than $400 of their own money each year on supplies and materials for their classrooms.

This weekend, from August 1 through August 3, Contra Costa County-area teachers will receive 25 percent off classroom supplies.

Teachers enrolled in Staples Teacher Rewards program will receive a coupon for 25 percent off any purchase of $10 or more that can be redeemed during the Teacher Appreciation Event, August 1-3.

During the event, teachers will also receive a free academic “Calendar of Savings” with teacher-specific offers each month so they can save all year long.

Educators who are not currently Teacher Rewards members can sign up at any Staples store, August 1-3, and receive 25 percent back in rewards during this special Teacher Appreciation event.

The special savings offer – exclusive to teachers – excludes technology.

Exclusions apply, see store for details. Staples stores nationwide are hosting the event. The closest ones are in Concord and Pleasant Hill, Berkeley and San Ramon.
