The free event is hosted by Assemblywoman Baker and the Contra Costa Co. Sheriff's Office.

Please join Assemblywoman Baker for a Personal Safety Workshop, and learn the simple, but effective, skills to defend yourself based on real situations. Instructors from the Office of the Sheriff, Contra Costa County will provide educational opportunities for women, children, men, and seniors to create a safer future for themselves.
