This Sunday: 'Smores at Sundown with Andy Z and the Andyland Band
Award-winning singer/songwriter Andy Z drops in to wow kids of all ages at this year's 'Smores at Sundown event

Say “So long!” to summer while enjoying sweet treats and live music at this family-oriented event at The Gardens at Heather Farm. Sunday, August 11 at 6 p.m., award-winning singer/songwriter and children’s performer Andy Z will energize the audience with his creative combination of music and movement. Andy engages children (and parents) with songs and stories that range from educational to silly. He pairs fun and witty lyrics with traditional and original songs from a variety of musical styles including rock, folk, jazz, country, hip-hop, surf, reggae and more. Pick up your ready-made pack of s’mores ingredients when you arrive and roast these yummy treats over the grill during the event.
Doors open at 5 p.m. Venue seating is limited. Food, blankets and lawn chairs are welcome. Outside alcohol is prohibited.

About The Gardens at Heather Farm
The Gardens at Heather Farm (GHF) is an independent nonprofit organization which operates a six-acre public garden, education center and special event venue. A Certified Wildlife Habitat and Certified Green Business, GHF is self-supporting through memberships, fundraisers, grants, private donations, facility rentals and program fees. The mission is to enrich the community through the beauty and environmental stewardship of the gardens while providing educational programs and a variety of venues for social and cultural events.
