Take a Road Bike to Summit Mount Diablo

Mount Diablo gets a shout out for being a great road bike ride. 

We knew that. But now the greater San Francisco bike community is getting to know that, with a plug in the 7x7SF blog.

Construction means that bikers are now sharing a Golden Gate bridge lane with pedestrians, so the blog offered "Four Great Road Bike Rides That Avoid The Golden Gate Bridge." 

And one of them is to ride BART to Walnut Creek, and do a 36-mile loop to the summit of Diablo from there. Yeah, but did they have to call Mount Diablo "hulking"?
