The No. 3-seeded Las Lomas Knights defeated No. 2 Casa Grande Wednesday night, winning our hometown team their golden ticket to the finals in the North Coast Section Division II championship tonight.

The Knights (25-4) will be vying for the title against No. 1 Montgomery (27-2) at Santa Rosa Junior College Friday at 7 p.m. 

James Brian Fidelibus, a photographer whose studio is in downtown Walnut Creek, captured the Knights in action in previous games. His son Tyler was highlighted  in the Knights' game against Dougherty Valley High in January,
