Walnut Creek Death Notices

Agnes Bjerke: A resident of Walnut Creek, Bjerke taught in the Mt. Diablo and Richmond school districts. She passed away on July 6 at the age of 83.

Helen Buchner: A longtime resident of Walnut Creek, Buchner was a volunteer at the Walnut Creek Senior Center for 30 years. She enjoyed gardening, baking and reading. Buchner passed away on July 10 at the age of 99.

John Montague: A resident of Walnut Creek, Montague was a U.S. Navy veteran who worked in the purchasing department of Pacific Gas & Electric for 42 years. He passed away on July 10 at the age of 95. 

Genevieve D. Hogan: A resident of Walnut Creek, Hogan was remembered by family and friends at a service at St. Mary's Church in Walnut Creek. She passed away on July 1 at the age of 94.
