In Walnut Creek: East Bay Hospice Co-Hosts Therapy Symposium 2015
California East Bay Oncology Nursing Society also sponsoring the Feb. 21 event at John Muir Medical.

Hospice of the East Bay will collaborate with California East Bay Oncology Nursing Society (CEBONS) to hold a Complementary Therapy Symposium on Saturday, February 21st from 8 am to 2:30 pm.
The event will take place in the Ball Auditorium at John Muir Medical Center, Walnut Creek Campus, 1601 Ygnacio Valley Road, Walnut Creek, CA.
The program will share information on Palliative Care, the Theory of Aromatherapy/Essential Oils and Tai Chi/Qigong along with hands on experience. 4 Continuing Education contact hours will be awarded for full attendance.

Palliative Care information will be presented by Alice Barlettani RN OCN. Aromatherapy/Essential Oils will be presented by Claramae Weber, RN, HN-BC, Certified Clinical Aromatherapist.
The Healing Promise of Tai Chi/Qigong will be presented by Wendy Helms, Ph.D, Waves of Chi.

Doors open at 8 am for a continental breakfast, and a light lunch will be provided. The fee for symposium is $15.00.
