The City Manager, in his capacity as the City’s Director of Emergency Services, imposed a curfew today from 6:00 p.m. through 5:00 a.m. At that time in the morning, business owners will be able to return to their stores and assess damages. The Police Department will continue to investigate the crimes committed today, and will have additional details to share tomorrow.
